If you are experiencing problems with the functionality of your Be A Boss® app, please be sure to follow these simple steps to see if you need to file a support ticket. 1. Please Sign Out of the App on your mobile device. After signing out, Sign In once again.

2. Please force the app to close. For instructions on closing iOS apps see here and for Android see here and open the “Force Stop App” option.

3. Please uninstall and reinstall the app. For instructions on how to uninstall the app in iOS see here and for Android see here.
